Our CAD process begins with requirements capture—assembly interfaces, datum systems, loads, tolerances, and test sequence—then moves through concept layouts, kinematic and interference analysis, and finite element validation where needed.

We use parametric models and configurable assemblies so fixtures can be quickly adapted for variant vehicles or updated test criteria. Detailed CAD deliverables include full BOMs, manufacturing and inspection drawings, assembly instructions, and CAM-ready outputs to streamline fabrication and reduce lead time.
